Based in the Alexander Technique, our guided lie-down talks provide an opportunity to practice awareness and establish freedom and ease in movement. Each installment is 15-20 minutes in length, and guided by Alexander Technique teachers Alexandra Kassouf and Kateri Gormley.

If we're walking around holding ourselves in place, just in case something happens, we aren't allowing ourselves the freedom to adapt if something does happen. If even the idea of falling can make us tense up and lock our joints, what kind of bracing do we do when we're actually falling? What if we could remain available to adjust and regain balance? What if that's also a metaphor for other areas of our lives?
